All swimmers must pay a registration fee before beginning swim classes.

Swim Stars Academy Cancellation Policy: Please give us 48 hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule your lesson. If we are unable to reschedule your lesson within the current session, we can credit up to one class* towards a future session.

Swim Stars Academy does not give refunds. We will credit your unused classes in a session towards future classes. If you choose to cease your lesson package, you can save the unused classes to be used at a later date or you can opt to donate the unused portion of your lesson package towards our program to assist those swimmers seeking financial aid.

Swim Stars Academy avoids cancelling class whenever possible. When there is a cancellation, there will be makeups scheduled if the same class has to be cancelled more than one time in a session.

Swim Stars Academy works out of private pools and partners with Sudbury’s Atkinson Pool to offer group and private lessons, year round. When we are teaching at Atkinson Pool, we abide by their rules and respect their facility at all times.

Swim Stars Academy is up to date on local and state guidelines regarding COVID 19. If there is a lockdown, lesson packages will be suspended until lockdown is lifted for the safety of our team, our swimmers, and their families.

Please respect other swimmers in your classes. Crying happens, we ask that you encourage your fellow parents or say nothing.

In order to avoid pool closure, please use swim diapers on any children who have not been potty trained for 6 months or longer.

Swimmers and their parents may be featured on our website, Facebook page, or Instagram page, using photos taken during class. This includes, but is not limited to session “swimmer” photos. Please contact us if you have any questions.
